Having a minimum English-French language level of CLB7 for group A and 0 jobs and CLB5 for group B jobs
The applicant must not intend to live in Quebec
There is no requirement to have a minimum level of education
Also, the applicant can be abroad when trying to immigrate to Canada through the Canadian experience, and having a minimum income or proof of income is not essential in the Canadian experience method.
